Are You Wondering How to Submit Bugs to the NewRetirement Team?

Here at NewRetirement we are so appreciative of your support, engagement and feedback. If you do encounter anything that seems like a bug in your plan, please send a message via the Planner Chat. The Chat can be found in the bottom right hand corner of every page of the Planner.

It's super helpful if you can include:

Which scenario you are using

Which assumptions you are toggled on (Average, Pessimistic or Optimistic, Budgeter and Withdrawal Strategy.)

If you see an issue with the Roth Explorer please also share:

Which of the 3 Strategies you have selected

Whether you have selected to use only after-tax funds or not

Whether you have chosen to protect funds

Whether you have selected a maximum conversion amount.

This enables us to effectively and efficiently validate and triage any issues.
