In early October Fidelity opted to remove themselves from the most popular data aggregators like Plaid. We are working to resolve this for our users in the very near future.
We believe we will re-enable linking to Fidelity before year end. A high percentage of our users have accounts with Fidelity, so we are highly motivated to get this resolved as soon as possible.
Here's what can you do to maintain your data while we work this out:
You can manually set up and maintain your Fidelity account balances in the NewRetirement Planner. We suggest quarterly updates.
Contact Fidelity to let them know you are disappointed with this development.
